These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LimaWorks mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by LimaWorks LLC (“LimaWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
LimaWorks is a productivity application designed to help you manage tasks, organize your day, and maintain focus. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LimaWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof.
You retain ownership of any content you create or store within the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant LimaWorks a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license. LimaWorks does not endorse any User Content and has no obligation to review or monitor it.
You agree not to:
Certain features may be available through paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases, processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to LimaWorks LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LimaWorks does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIMAWORKS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LIMAWORKS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIMAWORKS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LimaWorks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in California. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you via email or prominent in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
