LimaWorks LLC (“LimaWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you create an account, contact support, or interact with features of the Service. This may include your name, email address, and any content you choose to store within the application.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data — features accessed, screens viewed, actions taken, and session duration.
  • Crash and diagnostic data — error logs and performance data to help us diagnose and fix issues.
  • IP address and general location — used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission.

c) Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment card data (processed by Apple via in-app purchase), precise location data without your explicit consent, or any biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Personalize your experience and remember your preferences;

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; and
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights of LimaWorks and our users.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers — Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting, crash reporting) under strict confidentiality obligations and only for the purpose of performing those services.
  • Legal Requirements — If required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (e.g., a court order or subpoena).
  • Protection of Rights — When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of LimaWorks, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent in-app notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, unless we are legally required to retain it longer (e.g., for tax or compliance purposes). Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
