How do I get started with LimaWorks?

Download the app from the App Store, create a free account with your email, and follow the onboarding flow. You'll be set up in under two minutes.

Is my data backed up automatically?

Yes. All your data is synced securely to the cloud in real time whenever you have an active internet connection. Your work is never lost.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

Does LimaWorks work offline?

Yes. Core features work fully offline. Your changes sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find LimaWorks, and tap Cancel Subscription.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email us at support@limaworksai.com with a short description of what happened, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
